The WSOP main event has ended, for a few months. The competition with 7,319 entries is down to the final nine players. The game will pick up again in November, as a final table of 9 players, referred to as the November 9.

The payout for ninth place, the minimum any of these players will achieve is $811,823. The first place prize is a life changing $8,944,138, almost nine million dollars! Eighth place and up is over one million prize.
